Caleb Fisher
Director of Engineering
Caleb joined the NARENCO team in January 2021 as a Project Engineer. He brings renewable energy, power systems engineering, and engineering management experience to the team. Caleb started his career as a Wind Farm Engineer for Xcel Energy, where he led fleet performance improvement initiatives and supported substation operation and maintenance. He expanded his renewable energy experience by becoming an Electrical Engineer for Duke Energy Renewables, a commercial business entity of Duke Energy in 2018. With Duke Energy Renewables, Caleb performed several engineering and project management tasks from power systems studies to factory acceptance testing of GSUs to managing a number of projects.
Caleb received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University and his Masters of Transmission and Distribution Engineering from Gonzaga University.
