Adam Horner

As NARENCO’s Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Adam oversees project management, and all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. Adam works with the rest of NARENCO’s executive team to establish the company’s strategic vision and overall operations. Previously, he was a partner at two Charlotte law firms, specializing in real estate development, construction (including renewable energy), and intra-corporate governance. Admitted to practice in North and South Carolina, Adam has handled cases in state and federal courts, including the North Carolina Business Court, Court of Appeals, and various regulatory agencies.

Adam holds a J.D. from Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law and a B.A. in History from UNC Chapel Hill.
